2022年，是学校全面迈入卓越大学建设内涵式发展新征程的一年。学校在科学研究、社会服务、数字化管理等方面不断努力奋进，再创佳绩，这些成就离不开广大科研工作者的辛勤耕作，也离不开那些默默奉献于科研服务中的同事们。为了表彰我校科技骨干和科研管理人员，营造良好的科研氛围，我们特推出“卓越科研学者”和“卓越科研秘书”风采展示宣传活动。
史春玉，公共管理学院的一位杰出人物。她是一位副教授，也是硕士生导师，在巴黎二大获得了公共行政与公共政策硕士学位，并且在巴黎八大担任过访问学者（2016），法国高等社科院也曾邀请她进行访学（2017-2018）。
她的主要研究领域包括公共政策、城市治理以及法国社会研究。她曾主持多个国家课题，如国家社会科学基金一般项目：《城市边缘社区治理中的协同困境及其化解机制研究》（2019-2022）；国家社会科学基金青年项目：《发展序列与中法经验比较研究》（2014-2017）；教育部青年基金项目：《行政：浙江经验与中国改革路径选择》（2013-2016）。这些成果得到了国际知名期刊如International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health,BMC Public Health, Lex-Localis, Journal of Chinese Governance, 《中国行政管理》等的认可，她发表论文近20篇，并出版了中文和法语的专著各一本，以及一本译著。
通过她的 tireless effort 和 dedication to research and service, she has become an icon in the field of public management and policy studies. Her work has not only enriched our understanding of urban governance but also inspired a new generation of scholars to explore the complexities of French society.
