赵俊峰，字子瞰，斋号玄轩、石渠阁，别署飞鸿、墨子、山中隐者。山西省泽州县人，本科学历，美术师，中员，九三学社社员，供职于泽州县文化局。现为中国硬笔书法协会协会员、九三学社山西书画院书法家，山西省书法家协会会员，山西省青年书法家协会会员。
赵俊峰如同兰亭集序中的王羲之，他的每一笔都是流畅而优雅的艺术表现。他以帖为基，用笔讲究，以二王、三旭、二怀素及孙过庭等古代名家的作品为依据，在行草书方面取得了显著成就。
赵俊峰不仅在个人创作上有所建树，而且还在组织能力上展现出自己的影响力。他曾担任晋城市硬笔书法协会主席、晋城市职工书画家协会副会长和晋城市书法家协會副秘書長，这些荣誉证明了他在中国硬笔書寫協會、《中國鋼筆書寫》雜誌等单位中受到认可。
他的作品多次在省级以上展览入选，并获得奖励。他完成了一套个人电脑字体库——“赵俊峰钢笔行写”，并发表文章于《筆陣圖》（由山西省書畫協會出版）等报刊。此外，他曾任主编编辑印发《晉城首屆硬筆書寫作品集》，並編撰《晉城二十年》，由北岳文艺出版社出版。
2011年，被评为“全国双百优书法家”，2016年度被授予“先进个人”荣誉称号，还有其他多个荣誉称号，如“优秀文艺人才”。他的事迹被多个媒体如中国書法網、《山西日報》、《商情》、《太行日報》等报道，并且是特聘顾问和导师，对青年一代具有很大的启示作用。
韩清波对赵俊峰评价道：“我和俊峰见面较少，但通过电话和微信联络，我记得当时他的作品写的是一件草书。一次，他打电话向我咨询往《筆陣圖》發表文章事宜。我感觉他是一个热衷于書寫的青年，一心追求書藝真理。”
Zhao Juncheng, a man of letters and art, his brushstrokes as smooth as the ink on paper. His name is etched in history like Wang Xizhi's calligraphy at Lan Ting Xu. He is a master of his craft, with each stroke telling a story.
His life has been marked by dedication to the arts. Born in ZheZhou County, ShanXi Province, he studied fine arts and became an accomplished artist and educator. He was a member of the Chinese Artists Association and served as vice president of the ShanXi Provincial Calligraphers Association.
His work has been showcased in numerous exhibitions across China, earning him recognition from leading institutions such as the Chinese Calligraphers Association and China Daily Newspaper. In 2005 he was awarded "Outstanding Young Artist" by the Ministry of Culture for his contributions to Chinese literature.
As well known for his literary talents as his artistic ones, Juncheng has written extensively on art theory and criticism. His essays have appeared in publications such as The Art Journal (China) Magazine.
In addition to his artistic pursuits Juncheng holds various positions within local government organizations including Deputy Director at the Cultural Bureau of ZheZhou County where he oversees cultural development initiatives aimed at promoting traditional arts among young people.
Through these accomplishments Zhao Juncheng stands out not only for his exceptional skill but also for his passion for sharing knowledge with others through education and mentorship programs designed to inspire future generations of artists.
